Flanged Fittings

Electrosteel USA provides a full range of flange fittings ranging in size from 3”-24” that are fully compliant with ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10. EUSA utilizes the lost foam casting method to ensure precise dimensions with each fitting. All EUSA flange fittings have a metalized zinc coating for added protection from corrosion and are pressure rated for 250 psi.

General Specifications

• Material: ASTM A536 specified ductile iron
• Pressure: 3” – 24” diameter rated at 250PSI
• Testing: Strictly adheres to ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10, UL requirements
• Laying Length: Maintains ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10 and ANSI B16.1 requirements
• Weights: In pounds, unless otherwise noted, does not include accessories, coatings or linings
• Flanges: All flanges adhere to ANSI/ASSA C115/A21.15 and ANSI B16.1 class 125 flanges
• Drilling: Conforms to ANSI/AWWA C110/A21.10, ANSI/AWWA C153/A21.53 and ANSI B16.1 Class 125 Flanges
• Cement Lining: Conforms to ANSI/AWWA C104/A21.4 — size 3” – 24” single thickness
• Coating: Asphaltic coating inside conforms to ANSI/AWWA C104/A21.4 – Red Primer Outside
• Approvals: 3” – 12” Underwriters Laboratories Listed and NSF-61 Certified
